Shipping

Shipping time and cost - Shipping costs depend on your order’s weight, your location and the shipping method you choose. You can calculate the exact cost on the Shopping Cart page by filling in your shipping zip code and clicking the “recalculate” button. You will then be given all applicable shipping options and the cost for each.

Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days via UPS except where noted.

Orders are shipped through USPS.

If your package cannot be delivered through no fault of Nookums, LLC., your shipping charges will not be refunded, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping fees. This means if the package is refused, shipped to an invalid address, or you cannot arrange with UPS (or other carrier if applicable) to take delivery of your package, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all applicable return shipping fees. If your package goes missing because you provided an incorrect shipping address, we will be unable to refund you for the order.

Policies subject to change without notice. All orders shall be shipped according to the Shipping Prices and Policies posted on our website at the time that the order is placed.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the Paci-Plushies products and their uses, Nookums, LLC. cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item, with the exception in the rare case of a manufacturer's defect.  If such a defect is present in your shipment, please forward an image of damage proof to CustomerService@PaciPlushies.com and we can validate the defect.

Once validated by Customer Service, we will promptly replace the item.
