Return Policy

You may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must be in their original unopened condition, with all original tags attached. A refund in the original form of payment will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. Gift wrapping costs are not refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable (items sold with free shipping will be assessed a shipping charge). Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. There will be no refund for merchandise that show any signs of use. Merchandise returned past 60 days will not be refunded.

If your package cannot be delivered through no fault of PaciPlushies.com, your shipping charges will not be refunded, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping fees. This means if the package is refused, shipped to an invalid address, or you cannot arrange with UPS (or other carrier if applicable) to take delivery of your package, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and all applicable return shipping fees. If your package goes missing because you provided an incorrect shipping address, we will be unable to refund you for the order.

Standard Return Instructions

Optional – If you want a return authorization before returning an item you can contact us at CustomerService@PaciPlushies.com for a Return Authorization Number.

Pack the product in its original packaging material along with a copy of your invoice (or packing slip), reason for return (and return authorization number - optional).

Ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdelivered return shipments. Delivery confirmation and insurance is recommended.

Shipping

Shipping time and cost - Shipping costs depend on your order’s weight, your location and the shipping method you choose. You can calculate the exact cost on the Shopping Cart page by filling in your shipping zip code and clicking the “recalculate” button. You will then be given all applicable shipping options and the cost for each. Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days via UPS except where noted. Orders are shipped through USPS.
